Php Trainer

We are looking for an experienced PHP Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development and excellent teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs for PHP development.
  2. Deliver training sessions to students, either in-class or online.
  3. Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and code examples.
  4. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PHP and incorporate new technologies and techniques into training programs.
  6. Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to develop and implement training programs.
  7. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in PHP development.
  3. Proven experience in training or teaching PHP development.
  4. Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and related technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

  1. Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
  2. Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  3. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  4. Certification in PHP development or training.

Student Counsellor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, and counselling services to our students, helping them to achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues.
  2. Develop and implement student support programs and services to promote student success and well-being.
  3. Collaborate with faculty members and other support staff to identify and support students who are struggling academically or personally.
  4. Provide guidance on career development, job search strategies, and professional networking.
  5. Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events on topics such as time management, stress management, and study skills.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to provide job opportunities and career development resources for students.
  7. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and support services provided.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student counselling and support services.

Requirements :

  1. Graduate in Any Stream.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in student counselling or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of student development theories, counselling models, and career development principles.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
  5. Ability to work with diverse student populations, including students with disabilities.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a higher education setting.
  2. Knowledge of career assessment tools and job market trends.
  3. Fluency in English and Hindi
